Refund policy
Pre-Order Items
Please note that pre-order items are special orders and may require additional processing time. As such, our standard return policy does not apply to pre-order items.
Cancellation and Refund:
- Significant Shipment Delays: If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your pre-order item, you may request a full refund. A significant delay is defined as a delay of more than 4 weeks beyond the estimated shipping date.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective pre-order item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a replacement.
Important Note:
Once a pre-order item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund, unless it is defective.
Please ensure that you carefully review all product details and shipping information before placing your pre-order.
Confirmation Email:
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your pre-order is placed. This email will include important details about your order, including the estimated shipping date and the refund/return policy for pre-order items.
